How We Work
CONCEPT DRAWINGS & APPROVAL
We will produce concept sketches of your project which will be expanded into drawings that can be submitted to the local planning department for approval.
Following this, we will evolve and expand these into a set of Building Regulation drawings which can be submitted to Building Control for their approval. This process will usually also involve the input of other professionals in order to create a comprehensive package which can be constructed to a high standard.
DETAIL & CONTRACTOR SELECTION
In order to establish a quotation for your project, another layer of information is required. This is a detailed package of tender information which can be submitted to contractors to price under the tender process.
Zo Architects have established a network of responsible contractors within the local area for them to tender our projects in a competitive environment to ensure the highest quality and best value.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Following contractor selection, Zo Architects can manage your project on site and administer the contract between yourself and the contractor in order to facilitate the smooth running of the project. This allows a seamless flow of information between the parties at all times ensuring and maintaining the highest standards.
